Product Introduction
Titanium Blocks are semi-finished forged titanium materials used as primary feedstock for CNC machining and precision component manufacturing. Compared with cast or ingot forms, forged titanium blocks deliver higher internal density, uniform grain structure, and dimensional stability required for high-load applications.
We supply titanium blocks manufactured from:
Commercially Pure Titanium:
Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4
Titanium Alloy:
Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Grade 5 ELI (Ti-6Al-4V ELI)
All materials are produced under vacuum melting and controlled forging processes in compliance with ASTM B381 (Standard Specification for Titanium and Titanium Alloy Forgings).

Technical Advantages for Procurement
Multi-directional forged titanium blocks eliminate internal porosity and micro-voids common in cast materials. This uniform grain flow increases the material's fatigue limit under cyclic loads in high-pressure or marine environments.
Titanium provides approximately a 45% weight reduction compared to structural steel while matching or exceeding its tensile strength in alloyed grades, lowering structural load.
Titanium forms a stable, self-healing oxide passivation layer, resisting:
- Seawater and marine atmospheres (pitting and crevice corrosion)
- Chloride solutions
- Oxidizing acids
By controlling the thermal-mechanical process, our blocks feature a uniform microstructure and consistent hardness from the surface to the core. This stability reduces tool wear variability and material distortion during high-speed CNC milling.
