Product Introduction

We supply commercial pure titanium (Grade 1, Grade 2) and titanium alloy (Grade 5 - Ti-6Al-4V) tubes for demanding industrial environments. Our products are engineered for applications requiring high strength-to-weight ratios and long-term corrosion resistance.
Key performance advantages over stainless steel:

Weight Reduction: Up to 40% lighter than standard steel tubes.

Corrosion Resistance: High resistance to seawater, brackish water, and chlorides.

Fatigue Limits: Stable mechanical properties under cyclic thermal and pressure loading.

Quality Assurance & Material Traceability

We operate a strict quality management system to ensure every batch meets your exact project specifications.

100% Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Eddy Current Testing (ECT) are performed to detect internal and surface defects.

Pressure Verification: Every tube undergoes hydrostatic testing before packaging.

Chemical & Mechanical Analysis: Positive Material Identification (PMI) and tensile/flattening tests verify structural integrity.

Full Traceability: All shipments are dispatched with an authentic Mill Test Certificate (EN 10204 3.1) linked directly to the heat number etched on each tube. Third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TÜV) are available upon request.

FAQ

Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: For standard in-stock dimensions, there is no MOQ. For custom sizes or specific alloy modifications, the MOQ ranges from 100 kg to 500 kg depending on production requirements.

Q: Do you provide material samples?

A: Yes. We can provide short sample sections for chemical verification, mechanical testing, or welding evaluation. The buyer is responsible for express courier charges.

Q: When should I specify seamless vs. welded titanium tubes?

A: Seamless tubes (ASTM B861) have no weld seam, offering higher working pressure ratings required for aerospace and high-pressure chemical reactors. Welded tubes (ASTM B862) offer highly uniform wall thickness and better concentricity, making them ideal and cost-effective for large heat exchangers and low-to-medium pressure piping.

Q: How are the tubes protected against damage during international transit?

A: Tubes are individually sleeved in protective plastic, fitted with end caps to prevent debris entry, and packed securely into IPPC-certified, heavy-duty wooden crates designed for sea and air freight.
